As your remodeler, you rely on us to:

• See to it that your project is completed in a timely manner.
• Meet with and supervise subcontractors and their workmanship.
• Ensure that you receive the level of craftsmanship you are paying for.
• Be properly licensed, bonded and insured and ensure our subcontractors are, too.
• Pay all financial obligations associated with your project when due.
• Problem-solve any issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate any claims against manufacturer's warranties.
• Be available to respond to your calls. Keep you informed and answer your questions promptly.
• Bring along a sense of humor!
• Be congenial under stress.

As a homeowner undergoing a remodel, we rely on you to:

• Keep the work area free of pets and personal items that may be damaged during construction.
• Limit "talk-time" with subs and employees as they are focusing on doing their best work for you.
• Ensure delivery of any materials you supply as required by the schedule and in useable condition.
• Pay all financial obligations of your contract promptly when due. Others are depending on it!
• Trust our experience and judgment in bringing your project together and keeping it running well.
• Voice concerns when they arise so we can tend to them.
• Arrange time in your schedule to take care of remodel-related to-do's, prioritizing your own project.
• Be available to respond to our calls.
• Answer questions and approve change orders promptly when they affect your schedule.
• Bring along a sense of humor!
