Together the steps create a complete package for remodeling your kitchen, bath, or any area of your home. Step One: Space Planning: Provides you with a floor plan, elevations and 3-D model views. Includes basic dimensions, appliance and fixture placements, cabinet sizes, and a lighting plan.

Step 3: Construction Drawings: Buildable plans ready to submit for permits, including as-builts and stamped engineering calculations as needed.
Our computer drafted documents are more specialized than a typical set of blueprints. Here is where your layout concept becomes a working design, with all the necessary added details that allow each individual craftsman to produce your project as envisioned.    Step Four: Final Specifications: Easy reference binder sets for homeowner, contractor & sub-contractors. Our specifications outline additional information about your material selections as it develops during construction drawings, including sizing and installation instructions, cross referenced to your drawings for clarity. Ideal for larger scope projects and homeowners wanting to act as general contactors. This design / build process can be the simplest way to go because we are already completely familiar with your project.
- If you are already working with a contractor, we're happy to be part of a team, visiting your project at important milestones to answer questions.
- If you are planning to be your own general contractor, we can support you in that role by meeting subs & overseeing installations to be sure they conform to the original plan.
Additional Services One Time Consultation: A great way to iron out a few wrinkles in your own planning process, or to spark your creative imagination in a new direction. We visit with you in your home for one to two hours, answering your questions about anything design or remodel related. You receive a written synopsis of everything discussed for your reference. New Homes: Although we do not design new homes, we do create kitchen & bath designs for your architect to incorporate into your new construction plans. See us if you would like a specialist to plan for these important areas of your home. Model Budget: We can create a model budget for your project to help you determine where you want to spend your remodeling dollars.
